Activating a D’Music Plan

Once you are a Prepaid or Postpaid customer, you can subscribe to the D’Music service using the D'Music App or MyDigicel.

Using D’Music app

Step 1.  Open the app and select “Log In”.

Step 2.  Enter your 11 digit mobile number (1-AREACODE-XXX-XXXX) and select “Continue”.

Step 3.  Enter the 4-digit code sent through SMS (text message).

Step 4.  Select your preferred music plan.

Step 5.  Plan activation completed.

Using MyDigicel app

To activate a D’Music plan, click here.

Using your mobile data or Wi-Fi, you can log into the app by following these steps.

Step 1.  Select 'Log In". Your phone number will appear, select 'Continue' and verify your account using the 4 digit code sent through SMS (text message).

Step 2.  You will be logged in automatically. Select “”.

Step 3.  Select 'Available Plans'. Select your preferred D’Music plan and confirm the activation by selecting "Activate Plan".

Step 4.  After receiving a text message confirming the activation of your plan, open the D'Music App, and select 'Log In".

Step 5.  From here select tracks from the Genres & Moods (Carnival, Dancehall, and Trending) or listen to tracks from the playlists available (featured, playlists by the app as well as most popular).
