How to view my transaction, purchase and top up history

Digicel gives you more control over your account, with the ability to track every transaction you have made, from the MyDigicel App.

Here's how you do it:

Step 1.  If you are on Digicel's network, click “Log In”.

Step 2.  Your phone number will be shown in the space provided. Click “Continue.”

Step 3.  Select “Bills & Activity,”. 

Step 4.  Select "Purchase History" to view all past payments and transactions.

Step 5.  Select "Top Up History" for an archive of all credit added to your account.
